Can't install ReadyBoost volume. Vista says volume already exists.. Help...

Trying to install a new ReadyBoost volume, but Vista says a cache exists on a different device and to remove that cache before installing this one.  But one doesn't....

I had a cache on my thumb drive but I turned readyboost off for it.  When I try to use it, I get the same message as above.

Disable Readyboost, go to start / run: cmd

Type x:
(where x is your pendrive drive letter) and then type: attrib

You will see a hidden cache file, for example "x:\readyboost.cache"

Finally, type: attrib -s -h "x:\readyboost.cache"

And delete that file from windows explorer.
