Drupal (PHP) - Business Directory and Yearly Fee?

I have Drupal (drupal.org) installed on my website. I am trying to determine if there is a module, or combinations of modules, that will allow me to do the following:

1.) A business owner arrives at the site and wants to join the Business Directory. He/she clicks a "join" button and pays a $1 yearly fee to be added.

2.) The payment is sent and received in PayPal.

3.) The system confirms payment (or I verify manually) and once payment is confirmed, the listing is added to the directory (or I manually approve and it is added).

4.) At the one year anniversary, the business owner is sent an email asking to renew for another year for $1. He/she clicks the link and repeats the process.

Is this possible with existing module(s)?

I think I can accomplish some of your requirement but not tried yet, pls try and we can discuss more. Please try:
- CCK module(http://drupal.org/project/cck): this one allow you to create new node type on the fly, so you can define the item in your Business Directory. Customize the theme with content template module (http://drupal.org/project/contemplate)
- Categorize those items with taxonomy.module (core), display the directory with directory.module(http://drupal.org/project/directory) or site menu module (http://drupal.org/project/sitemenu)
- Set the default status of the item node is not published, so when added those node should approve to be publish
- Using Paypal subscription (http://drupal.org/project/paypal_subscription) and Paypal framework (http://drupal.org/project/paypal_framework) to made payment.
- Based on Paypal subscription description, I think we can using it to control the subscription cycle.

Try it and tell me if it works.
