 How to encrypt by php and decrypt by swf and then encrypt by swf and decrypt by php?

You could try and see if you can find a copy of ascrypt. It is a set of encryption/decryption classes for actionscript. The as2.0 version was on meychii.com but seems unavailable. An as3.0 version is available on http://ascrypt3.riaforge.org/index.cfm.

On the php side you could use the mcrypt library. Check your phpinfo() to see if the modules are available.
