Trying to compile an open-source library "librsync" with VS6.0 but getting errors

Hi there,

I am trying to compile librsync (http://sourceforge.net/projects/librsync) in VC++ 6.0. Here is what the readme says:
"The PCbuild directory contains a project and pre-generated config
files for use with the MSVC++ IDE. This should be enought to compile
rdiff.exe without requiring cygwin."

The problem: I'm getting tons of syntax errors from one file. I think there is some switch or option I am not enabling. Below I pasted: 1) The compiler output, and below it 2) delta.c since that's where most errors are from

I got it to build with VC++ 6 as follows:

1) Open file: mdfour.c

2) Add this line at the top
    #define inline

3) Open file: delta.c

4) Add this line at the top
    #define inline

5) Right-click "Source Files" in the Workspace browser and select "Add Files to folder" and add the file
   rollsum.c

6) Build.

You will still see a lot of warnings -- the coders were less than persnickity in certain regards sich as signed vs unsigned compares and const declarations.  You can probably disregard the warnings... it seems to run OK either way.
