Raid Groups for different applications

Hi,
I would like a basic table that identifies which types of Raid to use for different types of applications.
I am only concerned with Raid0, Raid1, Raid3, Raid4, Raid5 and Raid10.
I am interested in different raid types for combinations of small I/O, large I/O, Random, Sequential, Reads, Writes, etc.
For example, Raid Type X is good for backups.
For example, Raid Type X is good for random reads.
For example, Raid Type X is good for random writes.
For example, Raid Type X is good for large, random reads.
For example, Raid Type X is good for large, sequential reads

etc. etc.
