i have a image of this extension "NRG" and i want to compress it to make a small size. I also have Nero 7 and daemon's tool but idont know how to make it.
the reason is that, i am uploading this image on torrent website, and my uploading speed is very low and the file is too big around 500MB. thats why i want to make a small size and like that the people dont spend too much time download.

Its already compressed - you could try compressing it with WINRAR or WINZIP but it won't chnage the file size much
One advantage of WinRAR it that you can split he file into smaller files which may be more convenient than one large file http://www.downloadzfree.com/winrar/1/index.asp?s=gous&a=winrar&kw=winrar
