Importing XMl into Excel using a XSD map

I am importing XML files into an Excel spreadsheet.  I open the XML source pane and open an XML map. I drag the folder in the source pane over to the cell where I want the data to begin and the cells are circled in blue.  I then import data into those cells.  I then delete the XML map and close the file.  My question is: do I need to delete the map each time or is there an easier way of doing this?

So if I hyad an existing spreadsheet and an existing schema or map and my map was called BSC how would I attach a button to my task bar in Excel 2003 and then attach the code to import XML data according to this BSC map?
How to create a taskbar:

Select Commands tab   Macros  and drag  CustomButton onto MyToolbar
Right click Custom Button: you can rename and change button image

Click CustomButton on MyToolbar -> Assign Macro and you can select the needed macro to this button
