Boy that's really enough of a question to write a complete book about... and is therefore not something that can easily be answered on EE.

Perhaps you have a specific question about why you want to do this?  Or some element of your overall project?

Jeff just a basic concept I need by what is meant by virtual environment between the two. Just need to setup a sbs server and win 2003 to give terminal access to 10 users on that the win2003 box.

Ahh... you mean to set up a Virtual Terminal Server on an SBS?  No problem at all...

See http://sbsurl.com/vs for the how-to for adding a Virtual Server on top of an SBS and then see
