Copy a file to the system32 folder of 30 systmes in 2003 Domain

We need to place a file in the windows 32 folder of all of our worksation . About 30 of them. waht is the best way of doing this. We have 2003 AD , with windows xp pro clients.

make a list of the computers, one computer name per line and nothing else.  Then run this command:

for /f "tokens=1" %a in (ListOfComputers.txt) do copy x:\FileToCopy.ext \\%a\admin$\system32

That's it.  You'll be done in a few seconds, depending on how large the file is.
NOTE: If you use this in a batch file, you need to use %%a instead of %a

how do i make the list of computer txt. would be with commas. Where would I place the listofcomputes.txt. ?

As I said, ONE computer name per line and nothing else - no commas, semicolons, ip addresses, nothing else.

computer1
computer2
computer3
etc

You put the file whereever.  You run the command from whereever the file is.  If the file is in c:\windows, then you run the command from c:\windows.  (Using a command prompt, not the start menu/run command).
