NOT clause in t-sql MS Sql Server 2000

I have a view in t-sql and want to IGNORE all records that have the following email address which comprises of two digits then  So an email might look like this

So for example I want to do something like

select * from dbo.vw_TestView
where email NOT LIKE (

But I keep on getting synatax error
