Cannot ping new IP range

Hello Saviours.

I''m hoping that you can help me out before I lose the rest of my thining hair!

I have just created a new superscope to increase the number of available IP addresses.
Existing range: 192.9.200.0.
New range: 192.9.201.0.
However, I can only ping some of the IP addresses between the ranges.
eg. From 192.9.201.101 To 192.9.200.11 (ISA Server) OK
From 192.9.200.109 To 192.9.201.101 No Good.
From the ISA Server I am able to ping everything.
All firewalls have been turned off and all machines use the same subnet mask. 255.255.255.0.

The ISA server is configured with the following Inetnal Network:
192.9.200.0-192.9.200.20
192.9.200.25-192.9.200.34
192.9.200.40-192.9.200.45
192.9.200.50-192.9.200.59
192.9.200.70-192.9.200.255
192.9.201.0-192.9.201.255
and the routing table for the ISA server is this:
