troubleshooting Question

Cannot ping new IP range

Hello Saviours.

I''m hoping that you can help me out before I lose the rest of my thining hair!

I have just created a new superscope to increase the number of available IP addresses.
Existing range:
New range:
However, I can only ping some of the IP addresses between the ranges.
eg. From To (ISA Server) OK
From To No Good.
From the ISA Server I am able to ping everything.
All firewalls have been turned off and all machines use the same subnet mask.

The ISA server is configured with the following Inetnal Network:
and the routing table for the ISA server is this:
