I am trying to use the GotoFrame method of the Flash plugin from JavaScript to advance my Flash movie. This works nicely in IE but not in Firefox. I have tried various means of specifying the plugin tag (including with and without an embed tag) and various means of accesing the object (getElementById and document.embeds), but Firefox always reports that "GotoFrame is not a function". It seems that the plugin's scripting interface is not exposed on Firefox as it is on other browsers.

I have an example at http://217.205.176.168/test/swf2.htm. When you click on the "Goto" link, it attempts to advance the movie to frame 53. Does anyone know how to make this work in Firefox?
