troubleshooting Question

Cant' see all computers in network neigborhood

I can see all of the network through Network Neighborhood except for one subnet. I have a Windows 2003 active directory domain controller on this subnet. There is an error coming up on the DC that says "The name "Clydeinc  :1d" could not be registered on the inteface with ip address xxx.xx.xx.xx. The machine with the ip address xxx.xx.xx.xx did not allow the name to be claimed by this machine. I believe that there is a relation between this error and not being able to see this part of my network in network neigborhood. Anybody have any ideas.
