License Management Console - You did not authenticate properly

We have a new citrix 4.0 server in its own farm.  We inadvertently remapped drives to R:/S: and remapped to C:/D:.  Everything is appearing to work properly except for the licensing manager console.

Prior to the drive remapping, we were able to add our initial 15 citrix licenses.  Now, when we go into the License Management Console, we get the message "You did not authenticate properly.  Try again or contact your system administrator".

I don't know if we have problems with IIS as a result of the remapping back to C:/D:.  If I look at the IIS default website, it has a site called Jakarta but not one called lmc.  Jakarta has a virtual directory pointing to:  c:\program files\citrix\Licensing\LMC\Tomcat\bin\win32\i386, not ..\LMC\Tomcat\webapps and the application name field is blank.

What steps do we need to do to get the License Management console to properly authenticate so we can add our additional 15 licenses.

We were using a domain account.  It has access to the system.  It was the account used when creating Citrix.  We tried all the above  The problem was related to our changing the drive remapping back from R:/S: to C:/D:.

As I indicated in my first post. when we did the Citrix driverremap back to the standard files, did not do its job complete.  We found a reference in one or more of the *.xml files deep in the ....\lmc\... directories for the license manager that was still pointing to R:.  Why Citrix did not change this or alert to its inability excapes me.  Anyways, when we manually changed this files's references back to C:\....., citrix licensing than worked properly.

Thus, we have solved our own problem.
Glad it is sorted!
We basically answered the questions ourselves but will award the points for the information posted.
