Chinese is either invalid or not installed on this machine.
I am getting this on one of my english Window 2003 domain controllers. Can anyone assist in explaining it and stopping it from occuring.

Nope no chinese DCs. Its only 2 dc and both are us english

is that domain controller also an exchange server?

Nope, its the main file server and backup server.
are you running IIS on this box? it does seem to make sense what lacer is saying---that a computer in chinese is trying to authenticate
to install the chinese lang pack is in this thread:
