When inserting an LVCOLUMN into a listview using MFC, does the LVCOLUMN struct get copied for use by the control? Specifically, I'm wondering if I need to keep the LVCOLUMN around after inserting, since that will dictate whether I declare it in the dialog class, or just allocate it on the stack, pass it in during init, and then let it get dumped from memory.

Right now, allocating the struct on the stack seems to work fine... which suggests it may copy it. However I haven't found any documentation to prove this one way or another.
