You can query all domains within a single forest by querying the global catalog server using GC://dc=domain,dc=com, using the ADS path of the forest root domain.<br />
<br />
You cannot query individual multiple domains at one time except by querying the GC; if the domains are in separate forests you cannot do this at all.
