You can query all domains within a single forest by querying the global catalog server using GC://dc=domain,dc=com, using the ADS path of the forest root domain.
You cannot query individual multiple domains at one time except by querying the GC; if the domains are in separate forests you cannot do this at all.

BTW, is there any way I can use multiple paths in a single connection?
LDAP://domain1,domain2 and so on...
