Router interface errors

Router interface to my isp leased line shows 6,000 crc errors what could be causing this i checked the interface speeds both ends are set to 100 full duplex

Hi,

You need to talk to your ISP and tell them that. Some time the error is from a faulty line.

What if it isnt a faulty line i read that it could be even a pc with a fault nic card sendind errored packets to the router interface is this correct and what other possible problems could be causing this.

What type of connection to your ISP:  Serial or Ethernet?

What is the output of "show int" for that interface?

Are these input or output errors?
