Mysterious C drive filling up, not Exchange

This one has me baffled guys.  I have a standalone Exchange 2003 server /Sp2 on Wondows 2003.  Recently I started getting messages that the C drive was filling up so I increased the alerts and though nothing of it since it wasnt drastic.  Exchange is loaded on the D drive including log files.  The page file is also on another drive.  I notices my GFI alerts hitting me with 1mb increments of the C drive filling up.  There is no AV loaded on this server so I really cant pin it down.

I bought a util from Scriptlogic to monitor the filesystem and all I get it reads to the chkacc.log and Chkaccc.bak files.  If I make a new file, the file system audit app picks it up but it is not catching whatever is filling my drive up.  I  did a search for modified files within a week and I get nothing of any sort of size that would indicate the loss of space (more than 500 mb) so I am lost.

Anything I can do here?
