I am trying to fill PDF form fields with PHP.

I am using the xfdf generation code from: http://koivi.com/fill-pdf-form-fields/

But, it does not work for my forms.

I used Adobe Designer 7.0 to create my form fields.  One factor may be in how I export my pdf documents.

I use File->Publish to Repository.  I've tried all three of the types and none seem to work.

The field names are correct and I have confirmed that the xfdf file is getting correctly generated, here is the code:
***************************************
      $lFdfInfo = createXFDF($lPdfPath, $lDataArray);
      // Print out info
      $fileattname = "temp.xfdf";
      $file_name=time().'-'.$fileattname;
      //Header("Content-type: application/vnd.fdf");
  header('Content-type: application/vnd.adobe.xfdf');
  header('Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="'.$file_name.'"');
      echo $lFdfInfo;
***************************************
I am using Adobe Reader 8.
