I have a Windows 2003 SBS server and a Buffalo Terrastation on our network.  The Terrastation is just a simple NAS device running a linux kernel.  The device is holding over 200gb of data.  I'd like to backup the data to a portable hard drive, then move the hard drive to a remote data center request and continue incremental backups to this file.  FTP/SFTP is my preferred method for everything.  I can access the NAS device via mapped drives in Windows Explorer, but copying is quite slow compared to FTP.  I'd like to run said program from the Windows Server and simply using FTP/SFTP backup all changes on the NAS device to a remote location containing the original full backup.

All recommendations welcomed...
