Customer has PC that came with Win XP Home. Bought an upgrade to XP Prof. and installed this with new product key. Authorized fine with Microsoft.

When trying to download and install new patches, the PC connects to Microsoft Update. First update listed is Windows Genuine Advantage. When trying to install this, he gets a message saying "Not Installed". No more updates possible to download and install.

Any way to fix this?
