Can't be sure whothout checking the source but I would assume that sendmail gets the port from /etc/services, where the normal entry is as follows:<br />

smtp &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;25/tcp &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;mail

Hello and how are things? I know this is probably an easy question, but I am having a hard time finding documentation on finding the port that is used by the host to sendmail.
