Need to delete Excessive Exchange stores

Recently while setting up a blackberry server a set of exchange tools was required to be loaded on the server. Somehow we ended up with another complete exchange server. What is the best method or procedure to delete this extra store without affecting any of the currect primary exchange settings and mailbox's.  There are no mailboxes on the store which was created by accident. the problem must have been is that the blackberry server needs the exchange management tools installed on the server. when trying to install that the admin must have selected all the exchange components during the install

do you want to delete the mailbox store and public folder store created on this new server or do you want to remove exchange from this server?
If the Blackberry server now appears as a full Exchange server you will have to remove Exchange from that machine.
The best method I can think of is to stop and disable the Blackberry services.
Then run add/remove programs and remove Exchange completely from the server. Reboot the machine. On the live Exchange server, restart the Exchange services. The other should then be gone.
Remove the Exchange directory structure and clean up the Blackberry server.

You now need to install the management tools. Run setup from the Exchange CD and choose a CUSTOM installation and select the management tools only option. Once installed you must service pack the server as well.
Once the installation and update is complete, change the Blackberry services back to automatic and restart the server.

We need to bring the exchange back to the original store and mailbox. That store is on another server with all the current mailbox's. The new store on the blackberry machine has no mailbox's setup or assigned on it as far as I can tell. The blackberry install to this machine was not complete. I can and will be reformatting the machine after this mistake is cleaned up. Blackberry is running on another machine.

Using the Add-Remove function to remove the exchange install on this machine will not clean up the active directory.  Right? Need to clean up this puppy. Thanks for your help
If you remove Exchange using add/remove programs then that removes Exchange correctly from the domain and the Exchange org. At that point you can then drop the machine in to a workgroup and wipe it.

Does this leave the original exchange server and mailbox's still working?
