Managing Windows Machines in a UNix domain

We have a network that was UNIX based. However, The domain is on a Unix Server and everyone connects to the UNIX For auth. to login using Windows XP and Vista. I want to know if i can manage the computers via the Windows Server 2003 R2 even though the computers are on Unix Domain. If you need any additional information, please let me know.

Hi,

Are you using SAMBA to act as the domain controller on the UNIX server?

Also, are you using any name services for the user accounts like NIS+ on the UNIX server?
