Setting up a secondary server on my domain

I have a Windows Server 2003 Standard x64 R2 box setup with AD and DNS. This server runs as the main file server as well as Microsoft Exchange Server 2007. I would like to install a secondary dc on the domain to act as a replication partner and I would like to move Exchange Server over to it. I have a few questions about best practices:

1. Should I install DNS on the second server? If so, should I do that before I make it a DC on the domain?
2. Is there anything specific that I have to do on the first server to replicate properly with the second server?
3. Do I need to install DHCP or WINS on either server? (DHCP is now being handled by my router)
4. If I install Exchange Server on the second server, will it interfere with Exchange on the first server?

Basically I want the second server to be used to access the internet in case the first goes down and vice versa. Any good resources would help. Thanks.
