I would like to customize the way a user closes a phone call. &nbsp;I need a new phone call window to open when a user closes the first phone call from the Actions-&gt;Close Phone Call menu item. Also, I need the new phone call window to be populated with the information from the 1st phone call form. &nbsp;This is essentially a workaround for the Follow Up button. Should I be doing this through a callout or by using a webservice? I am a complete beginner to MS CRM so if you could explain why and what I should be doing.<br />
