I'd like to install my complete Microsoft Exchange Server, because of a major issue of the unterlying Operation System (2003 Standard Server). The OS itself has the issue that it is no longer possible to add/remove programs. OS claims that even Administrator or any other new user with Administrator privileges has not the right to add remove windows windows components. Even &quot;msconfig&quot; cannot be executed due to this issue.<br />

Unfortunately I did not found any solution to solve my OS issue, so I decided to re-install my entire MS-Exchange Server. I did not found any instruction from MS to reinstall the entire server. Does anyone have an idea?
