Changing to IP from router on Domain Server

I'm coming in on an existing network with a Domain Server using Windows 2003 Standard Edition SP2. I see that the Domain is setup to the old router's IP which is 192.168.0.1. I have a new router but it uses 192.168.1.1. What would be the simplest way to make these changes without little or any down time on the network. I'm only a little famliar when it comes to Domain Servers. Thanks in advance.

Thx all. I should have thought of that before. I will try it out and see what happens. By the way, should I be changing the Subnet on the router also?
