We have an Exchange 2003 server running and for the most part it's pretty good, no hassles.
I work at a school and I created an e-mail account "orders1701" for our purchasing agent and this is where companies send receipts to online orders.
Just recently she stopped receiving the mail. I added the address to GFI Mail Essentials in the white list section and I didn't see anywhere I could really do the same in our Sonic Wall, because it also filters SPAM out.
I sent 2 e-mails from personal accounts to that address and they did not bounce back to me, but they did not come in either...
Just wondering what the best way to try and solve this would be.
