Ajax UpdatePanel with two text boxes displays twice?

I have two textboxes that both get updated whenever a selection is made within a drop down listbox. It works fine for one text box, but when I add the second one, it displays the second text box correctly until you select from the listbox. When you select, the second text box displays under the first textbox.

What am I missing?
