Brand New Server - Brand New SQL 2K5 - running soooo slow!

I just got a brand new server up and running... Dual Xeon... nice and fast.  I installed MS SQL Server 2K5 and restored a few database... now the server is running dog slow.  Any ideas on this one?

Please elaborate.  Where do I rebuild the indexes?  Can I do that from one location for all of the DBs?
good luck if that doesn't fix it hit me up
I am still having problems with this issue.  There is definitely something with the SQL Server 2005 that is causing anything SQL related on the server to run slow.  SQL Management Studio is very slow... it's unbearable.  Any other ideas please?  This is a brand new on the server today.  It has about 10 databases running... it just seems very slow!
Thanks for the assistance and sorry for the delay in reply.
