When i select everyone from the ADS while sharing a folder.?
then you also include the guest accounts etc that reside within AD...try and avoid using the Everyone group if your users are all domain members
Sorry still not clear with this part

I am sharing a folder.I need everyone access. Then should i add everyone or Domain users.Which is the best practice.

I know every user,User with or without a mailbox is a member of Domain users.
So when i add everyone who all will be the member...
in your case, just use the domain users, if you had other people accessing, like workgroup clients for example, then you would need to allow "everyone" the access, but if its just the domain members, then use "domain Users"

Everyone means any user with or without authentication.
domain users means the users are authenticated and part of this group.
sorry i was too slow in response after opening window.
