Ok, our staff members email was working fine, he was set up on a blackberry device on the 2nd October, from that point onwards he's BB gets email and he's outlook wasn't. I had a look in the settings of Outlook and noticed that he was using cached email, I unticked that option and he's emails started flooding in, however because that was unticked he can not access them emails when not connected to the exchange server.
I can not seem to find any options in Outlook or Blackberry manager or even exchange that will re-enable this.
Any input would be great!!!
