Restarting the IIS service in Exchange 2003

Stupid question but I have to ask. I'm testing our new Exchange 2003 server with a PDA and ActiveSync. ActiveSync modifications in Exchange IIS service requires that I restart the IIS services. My question is since IIS will not restart the STORE or System Attendant, can I go ahead and restart IIS during normal business hours?

I would say that as long as you are 100% sure that there is no body connected to OWA the it should not be an issue as you are correct in that it will not touch the IS or SA services.  But if there are people connected to OWA then it may not be a good idea is it would interrupt their sessions and anything that they may be doing.
when you restart the IISAdmin service, it will also restart the Routing Engine and SMTP service, which would stop mailflow for that period of time.

Thanks!

How can I check if anybody is using OWA?
