eMail Images not printing

OSXFreak asked
Last Modified: 2008-01-22
I have a user that when receiving an e-mail in her outlook 2003 box, the e-mail previews fine as well as open's fine. the problem is that when she goes to print it, any image that was attached aka copied in tot he bidy of the e-mail, it will not print the image. It only prints the red X and the shadow showing how large that image should of been. She's set up for html mail. Can anyone think of something that would prevent it from printing.
She also has said that she tries to copy the image so she can paste it in a word document and it only pastes the red X.. But the image is as clear as day on the e-mail
