Is there a built in function or method in .NET that can insures a file path contains a trailing backslash or that insures no trailing backslash exists?  When I use Delphi I am able to use a function called IncludeTrailingPathDelimiter which insures the last character in a path string contains a backslash or whatever the path delimiter is.  Is there something like this I can use in the .NET Framework?  An example in C# is what I am looking for.  I could write such a routine but I just want to check first if it already exists in the .NET 2.0 Framework or not.
