I have seen the term out there- and I was wondering what it is OK to switch on a PC While its powered up and whats not.
I know you should disconnect power to do memory and V-cards and things like that- but what about keyboards, a mouse? A monitor?
do you need to reboot the machine when you plug in a new device such as a keyboard, mouse, monitor or joystick EVEN if it seems to work anyway?
