Download location for Windows Update files on 2003 server

Where is the location for Windows Update files that have been automatically downloaded, waiting to be installed?

Need to delete a download (SP2) for 2003 server, as the update trashed one of our TCP/IP emulators and had to be uninstalled.

I have already uninstalled SP2.  I forgot to turn off Auto-Updates and the system is now reminding me every time I log in that there are updates already downloaded and ready to be installed.

The question is, where did Microsoft download this update to so I can delete it.  Once deleted, will this stop the pop-ups that contain the install reminder, or do I have to make some change in the registry?

I have modified the Auto Update to only let me know when there are updates, and not automatically download them until we can get a fix from Microsoft on what has happend in SP2 that has affected our program.
