Due to virus activity a few months back, my security policy is set up such that I do not have access to many fuctions on my PC i.e. no control panel, no rights to right click on the desktop.<br />

Managed to get rid of the virus (I cannot recall what virus it was) but using Xoftspy, Ad-aware sorted out.<br />
Created another profile which is fine i.e. no restrictions<br />
