SAP Prints to wrong printer sometimes

We have several users that have recently moved to a new terminal server and after the move SAP started printing files randomly to different printers.  We fixed it on several users by moving them to a different server, but that didn't fix the issue on one user I'm currently working with.  She prints something called Bill of Ladens and they usually print to a printer behind her, but sometimes it says they print, but nothing comes out which leads me to believe they are coming out somewhere else in the company (though I'm not sure where at the moment).  This is the same issue several other users were having before, but when moved to a different server they started working right, whereas her issue doesn't go away.  I've already checked to make sure the printer does work and stuff is set right on the Windows side, but I don't know where to start looking in SAP.  If anyone can assist me in this it would be appreciated, let me know what you need to know.
