I have a single windows 2000 domain.  One of my servers on the network (Windows 2003 memeber server) keeps subtracting an hour from the time.

All of my domain controllers are reflecting the correct time.  If I do a net time on the problem server, it shows:

Current time at \\server is 10\30\200 12:10:00 PM
Local time (GMT-4:00) at \\server is 10\30\2007 1:10:00 PM

If I do net time on a domain controller (time server it shows:

current time at \\server is 10\30\2007 1:10:00 PM

Any ideas?
