SQL Server Agent doesn't always starrt at reboot

We have a Windows Server 2003 SP1, SQL Server 2005 SP1.  When the
machine is rebooted, the SQL Server agent is not automatically started.
It is set to start automatically in the Windows Services dialog.
I can start it manually with no problems.

I get a error in the Agents log:

1. Error,[241] Startup error: Unable to initialize error reporting system (reason: The EventLog service has not been started)
2. Information,[098] SQLServerAgent terminated (normally)

All services are to start automatically. SQL Server and the Agent runs under a domain account.
Microsoft SQL Server 2005

When using SQL Server Management Studio (or creating accounts during installation) to set the the SQL Agent Services account I understand that the accounts get all the necessary right, or?

I have not modified the account manually in any way.

I'll check the permission tomorrow and then we will see.

I setup the dependcy between the eventlog and the SQL Server Agent and that did the trick!

Tnx a lot for the help!
