We have a position of a web developer position at my company.  today we were doing interviews and it wasnt a good day for us.  i put together a couple of questions for the candidate to answer over a 25 min time period and everyone got them wrong.  tell me these questions arent too hard......

Q1: How comfortable are you with writing code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP) entirely by hand?

Q2: What are the PHP functions used for below?

?>

mssql_fetch_array();
?>

?>

Q3: Is there any difference between the isset() and empty() PHP functions?

Q4: Insert some JavaScript to get the selected value from the select box and display it however you want on the screen:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en" lang="en">
<head profile="http://gmpg.org/xfn/11">
      <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;charset=utf-8" />
      <meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="en-gb" />
      <title></title>
      <meta name="description" content="" />
      <meta name="robots" content="all" />
      <meta name="author" content="Sean Delaney" />
</head>
<body>
<form name=my-form>
<select name=offices>
            <option value=Aberdeen>Aberdeen</option>
            <option value=Woking selected>Woking</option>
            <option value=Warrington>Warrington </option>
</select>
<input type=button value=Display Selected Office onclick=return getSelectedOffice(); />
</form>
</body>
</html>

Q5: What CSS rule would be used to underline a paragraph of text?

Q6: I have a table which is 300 pixels wide.  I want to center the table horizontally on the page.  Modify the CSS rules below:
