Manually update it by going into HP System Management Homepage then HP Version control Agent. For the first login, you need to click on change agent setting then login to your sim server and choose the update package. After that, you click on Refresh inventory Data and you can choose update by clicking on the grey icon next to Reference support pack. It will take a while to finish. Sometime, your login account or password mismatch on SIM Server will cause the problem to run command update.
