SBS 2003 Update Services error.

I'm getting this error pop-up a few minutes after a reboot. Have no idea what it is refering to.
Microsoft.SBS.UpdateServices.SyncSecurity.Exe Application Error
The instruction at "0x7c82caa2" Reference Memory at "0x00000000" the memory could not be read
Click OK to terminate.....

Hi there, here's an EE link to someone that had a similar problem. There are a couple of solutions that some of the respondants have found and maybe one will work for your server..

Also, an upgrade from WSUS 2.0 to WSUS 3.0 seems to have resolved the issue for this person:
