Simple ftp utility for windows desktop

I'm looking for a very simple ftp solution for a VERY untechnical friend.

This person needs to be able to ftp to a specific directory on a linux server.   Ideally the utility would be a LINK on the windows desktop.  The utility would be preconfigured to point to the specific directory.

The user would click on the utility, and browse to the content they want to upload.  Then click a button and the file is uploaded.

As simple as possible.  I don't want to use a regular ftp program for this particular person.

Thanks

Right off the top of my head I'd suggest transmit for mac, isn't everything easier on a Mac? transmit offers a widget with exactly that, you bookmark an FTP location (right into a directory) then drag the file into the transmit Dump truck to upload to the server.  On a PC I'd save an FTP location with FileZilla and then clicking quick connect will get you to the same spot every time.  Hope that helps.

Sounds good safetytrick because my friend has a mac and a pc, but is more comfortable on a mac.

I will see if there are other suggestions and then award the points.
