Having issues creating a backup job to backup to tape because the option to backup to a tape rather than just a file is greyed out. Screenshot below.

Anyone seen this before??? Out of ideas on this one. I assume it's greyed out because the NT Backup does not seem to know the drive exists... But it works fine with another backup program called tapeware. Have not tried updating drivers yet as cannot reboot until after hours. Ideas appreciated.

Discovered the problem never mind, Tapeware had a hidden process still (Which was hogging the drive) even after uninstallation. Found out using the HP diagnostics tool.
