i want to  revoke a "reset password account" function on Active drectory only

Right click on the object where you ran the delegation of contol wizard, and click properties.  Click the Security Tab (you will have to have Advanced Features enabled to see this - View, Advanced Features).  Click the Advanced button.  Under there you should see the group that you granted right too with "Special " in the Permissons column.  Double click this and make sure Users Objects is selected from the drop down.  Uncheck the "Reset Password" or put an explicit Deny against it.
