Auto Delete email from a specific folder based on date Outlook 2003

We are running exchange 2003 in a AD environment. Our anti spam software tags spam and places it in a folder in the users outlook  client called "Spam" If a user doesn't have a folder called "Spam' it creates it.

Right now users have to either empty the folder periodically or we have to go to each computer and set auto archiving on the folder to permanently delete messages in that folder that are older than 3 days and also set auto archive to run daily.

I would like to automate this process is there a group policy (I don't think there is one) or is there vb script that we can run client or server side that will do this.

You need to look at Mailbox Manager. It isn't group policy, but part of Exchange.
This is about the Exchange 2000 version: http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF012.html and is almost identical in Exchange 2003.

YOU ROCK!!!! I've asked this question a couple of times before with no response or half hazard guesses that didn't help. I new about the recipient polices as thats where I masked the usernames for email addresses. But I didn't know about the mailbox management. This will be EXTREMELY useful.

Again thanks!
